We're looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to work closely with a member of our C-Suite, streamlining their day-to-day operations and optimizing their time for more strategic initiatives. What you'll be doing:
- Manage the complex scheduling needs, coordinating, prioritizing meetings across multiple departments and teams.
- Organize all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Plan and execute team events, offsite meetings, and quarterly sessions, handling logistics from start to finish.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative support such as processing expense reports, managing invoices, and approvals.
- Act as a point of contact for ongoing projects, ensuring teams are aligned.
- Serve as the "glue" between the hiring manager, coordinating communication and task tracking across teams to keep projects moving forward.
