The Role
The Howden CAP (Capital Advisory & Placement) Real Estate Industry Lead is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day executive support, with some additional assistance on business development activities.
This role is primarily focused on delivering high-quality administrative and organisational support, while also contributing to the smooth coordination of selected business development activities.
What you'll do
Executive & Administrative support
Manage complex diaries, scheduling internal and external meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
Manage expenses via Emburse Enterprise and support invoice processing with the Accounts team
Oversee inbox management, including monitoring and responding where appropriate
Attend internal meetings when required, take notes, and circulate actions
Ensure smooth day-to-day organisation and prioritisation of tasks
Work closely with internal teams, including Events, to support scheduling and logistics
Real Estate business development support
Assist with preparation of meeting materials and briefing documents
Support the coordination of regular meetings (e.g. agendas, notes, follow-ups)
Help maintain CRM records and ensure data is kept up to date
Provide basic support on reports and presentations when required
Assist with updating credentials and internal documents
Work closely with the Client Engagement team to support more complex requests
Event support
Assist with the organisation of events and conferences (logistics, invitations, tracking responses)
Work closely with the Events team to support planning and ensure smooth delivery
Help track attendance and follow-up actions post-event
Who we're looking for
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant supporting senior stakeholders
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Familiarity with CRM systems preferred
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
