As an Executive Administrative Assistant within JPMorganChase Corporate Oversight and Governance Technology (part of Corporate Technology), you will support senior technology leadership in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. You will possess structure, attention to detail, quality focus, high energy and flexibility to a high-paced deadline driven organization. In this role you will need to work well in a team environment, be able to represent the manager/group with professional courtesy and acumen, and deliver flawless work output. Your daily routine also includes interaction with various executive level internal clients across the lines of businesses. You will need to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to complete assignments in line with the department's activities and goals.


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-touch administrative support to at least three Senior Managing Directors within Corporate Technology.
  • Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, prioritizing requests and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Screen calls, assess urgency, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate end-to-end meeting logistics, including agendas, materials, technology, and follow-up actions.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, prepare itineraries, and process expense reports.
  • Serve as a key liaison between executives and internal partners across Technology, HR, Finance, Risk, and Business Management.
  • Plan and execute offsites, conferences, and external events, including catering and transportation.
  • Process invoices and T&E expenses while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment provisioning and system access requests.
  • Create professional communications, maintain organizational charts and executive bios, and assist with presentations and spreadsheets.
  • Work independently, collaborate with the administrative team, and lead or support ad hoc projects as needed.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • At least five years of administrative experience, supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above
  • Advanced ability to organize
  • Tact and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting technology executives and/or working in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Experience coordinating complex travel and event/offsite planning.
  • Familiarity with administrative workflows and expense/travel tools.
  • Interest in continuous improvement and leveraging tools/automation to streamline routines.
  • College degree is a plus

Note: This role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) and will not support Hybrid options.
