The Role

This is a maternity cover contract - 6 months 

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Events Coordinator will work with the UK marketing team across all business units. The role will predominately focus on event coordination and tactical campaign support in order to increase sales revenue and meet key business targets within the context of the corporate and local marketing plans. The role will also include digital and data support the business as needed for campaign and brand consistency.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Events:

  • Work with both local marketing & sales teams to support the delivery of high quality events to help raise company and product awareness amongst targeted audiences.
  • Coordinate and execute participation in online and physical events including tradeshows, seminars, webinars & dinners including managing allocated budget, coordinating staffing requirements, reviewing contract deliverables, stand design & production, arranging deliveries & giveaways.
  • Liaise with external vendors and other internal stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is progressing, monitoring their progress to ensure quality control.
  • Manage annual events calendar in Monday.com, ensuring one up to date calendar for all to view.
  • Research new event opportunities, sourcing prospectus & costings for the team to review.
  • Work with corporate marketing to ensure brand consistency within event stands & digital assets.
  • Manage event data imports to CRM/marketing automation tool
  • Support the coordination of event promotion and communications with the wider marketing team including social media graphics, event web pages, pega emails.
  • Assist with post event reporting & success analysis.

Digital:

  • Provide web support & collaborate with the Digital Marketing Coordinator for the UK website including creating new landing pages and updating existing or new corporate pages.
  • Supporting keeping the marketing data and process within the CRM process up-to-date, managing all data imports to Pega as well as reviewing and updating missing and incorrect data to ensure consistency and healthy data for campaign execution.

Other:

  • Support the team with research projects
  • Prepare and update weekly, monthly & quarterly reports in collaboration with the rest of the team to update internal stakeholders on activity and successes
  • Undertake ad hoc duties, as required.

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.

For the first 3 or 6 months (experience and role dependent), we ask our employees to work in the office 5 days a week. Once this period is up, they can drop down to 3 days in the office, one of which must be Monday.
