About the role

We are looking for a Director, Commercial Partnerships to lead Insider One’s technology and solution partner ecosystem across the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Nordics.

You will own the regional partnership strategy and its commercial results: identifying where partners can accelerate growth, building mutually valuable relationships, and turning those relationships into qualified pipeline, revenue and customer success.

Your portfolio will span complementary technology providers and solution partners, including agencies, consultancies and systems integrators. You will bring these partners together with Insider One’s regional sales and customer teams to develop compelling customer propositions and repeatable routes to market.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strategic judgment with strong execution. You should be equally comfortable developing an executive relationship, building a joint business plan and working alongside an account executive to advance an opportunity.

What you will do

    Own the regional partner strategy

  • Develop and execute a commercial partnership plan aligned with growth priorities across UK&I and the Nordics.

  • Assess the existing ecosystem and recruit partners where there is a clear customer need, complementary capability and mutual commercial opportunity.

  • Concentrate investment on a focused portfolio of partners with the commitment and capacity to deliver measurable results.

  • Establish joint business plans with clear outcomes, accountable owners and regular performance reviews.

  • Build and activate technology partnerships

  • Develop relationships with complementary marketing, commerce, analytics, loyalty and other technology providers.

  • Translate complementary capabilities into customer use cases, joint propositions and commercial opportunities.

  • Build referral and co-selling motions that connect partner teams with Insider One’s regional sellers.

  • Coordinate with global alliance owners to maintain clear ownership and alignment on strategically managed relationships.

  • Develop solution partnerships

  • Recruit and activate agencies, consultancies and systems integrators with relevant customer relationships and delivery expertise.

  • Build a compelling commercial proposition that connects Insider One’s growth with partners’ opportunities to generate services revenue and deepen customer relationships.

  • Work with internal specialists to help partners develop the knowledge and capabilities required to recommend, implement and support Insider One.

  • Connect solution and technology partners around shared customer opportunities, combining platform capabilities with implementation and strategic services.

  • Deliver commercial outcomes

  • Own agreed targets for partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, alongside clearly defined partner contributions to sales and expansion opportunities.

  • Work with account executives on named-account plans, customer introductions, opportunity qualification and joint pursuits.

  • Establish executive and field relationships within priority partners, securing commitment to specific opportunities and growth plans.

  • Partner with Marketing on targeted campaigns and events tied to named audiences, opportunity creation and pipeline progression.

  • Maintain accurate opportunity records, attribution and forecasts in Salesforce, with clear next steps and ownership.

  • Build a repeatable operating model

  • Equip Insider One and partner teams to recognize opportunities, articulate joint value and work together effectively.

  • Establish practical rules of engagement for referrals, co-selling, deal registration and customer handoffs.

  • Evaluate partner performance through pipeline quality, revenue, conversion, customer outcomes and economic value for both organizations.

  • Use evidence to refine the portfolio, expand successful motions and redirect investment where results fall short.

What you will bring

  • Significant experience in commercial partnerships, alliances or channel development within enterprise SaaS, with a track record of delivering measurable growth.

  • Experience building and activating both technology and solution partnerships, including agencies, consultancies or systems integrators.

  • Strong knowledge of the UK&I and Nordic markets, with relevant ecosystem relationships and the ability to build new ones.

  • An understanding of marketing technology, customer engagement and commerce, and how software providers and service partners create value together.

  • Evidence of translating partner relationships into qualified opportunities and revenue through referrals, co-selling and joint account planning.

  • Commercial judgment: you can assess partner potential, understand incentives and focus resources where both organizations can succeed.

  • The ability to earn executive trust while engaging directly with sales, marketing and delivery teams.

  • Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills, including the ability to explain customer value clearly and assess partnership performance.

  • The initiative to build in an evolving environment, establish priorities and follow through on commitments.

  • Willingness to travel across the region for partner and customer engagement.

What We Offer

  • Be part of a diverse team that’s as global as it gets — where every voice is heard and 50+ nationalities build together.
  • Level up with internal trainings covering AI fundamentals, coding, foreign languages, and a wide range of personal development skills.
  • Feed your curiosity with access to Spotify, LinkedIn Learning, Blinkist, MasterClass, and CloudGuru.
  • Become a Shareowner through our eligibility-based “ESOP” and own a piece of what you build.
  • Help build the team you want to work with and enjoy rewarding referral bonuses.
  • Opportunities to give back to your community through volunteering and purpose-driven social impact projects.
  • From global retreats to team-building activities, expect year-round events that turn into lifelong memories.

We aren't just hiring for a position; we are hiring for a mission — a mission to build a lasting legacy that will set the benchmark for the most progressive tech companies out there.

To do this, we are looking for exceptional talent to join a community of good-hearted individuals who take high ownership and are relentlessly driven to go the extra mile.

If this sounds like who you are and where you aspire to be, we are excited to meet you.

We provide equal opportunity in a zero-discrimination workplace and not just welcome but also embrace everyone without regard to sex, race, color, nationality, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability status, citizenship, or marital status.
