Exciting opportunity to join the Cost & Commission Services team and grow your career as an Equities Client Billing Product Lead.

As an Equities Client Billing Product Lead Vice President in the Cost & Commission Services (CCS) group, you will be a part of a group of specialised individuals shaping how trading-related billing is calculated, controlled and delivered at scale. You will have the opportunity to work with global functions and stakeholders, using your influence to contribute to key areas of importance such as payment processes and controls, savings initiatives, reconciliations, cost accruals and allocations.

You will be responsible for on-boarding client billing to the CCS strategic cost & commission calculator, working hands-on with the detail of billing logic while partnering with front office, technology and operations colleagues to make the end-to-end billing process robust, repeatable and operationally efficient. You are as comfortable running the day-to-day process as you are re-engineering it — willing to roll up your sleeves on recurring tasks and using this insight to automate and simplify the process. You will build scalable solutions, embed strong controls with clear documentation, creating a blueprint for scalable billing solutions across the program. This is an opportunity to make a visible, lasting impact on how we manage cost, commission and client billing across the firm.
