    About the role 

    We are currently looking for a EPPM Project Manager to lead the ongoing deployment of the Planview application across the enterprise. This will include onboarding additional functional and geographic areas in a controlled and structured way ensuring a high standard of data quality (new and inflight projects and users).

    You will lead the project team to deliver the defined project objectives and achieve the specified benefits in line with the appropriate quality, on time, and within budget. You will implement appropriate governance and assurance, monitoring progress, managing risks and issues.

    Your remit will include but not limited to:

    • Define the project in an exact, concrete and concise way, identifying outputs and outcomes to be delivered;

    • Define and implement the project's governance framework; maintain and keep the project plan up to date;

    • Manage the project according to the defined implementation plan; ensure its efficient design and execution, and proactively monitor its overall progress, identifying emerging issues and managing and resolving risks to the project success;

    • On-going tracking and monitoring of the project with clear visibility of status and overall health;

    • Work with the Delivery Lead or Programme Manager in conjunction with the SMEs to develop the Business Case, and ensure the appropriate benefits realisation strategy is in place to monitor the delivery of benefits against the Business Case;

    • Responsible for the allocation and use of resource in the project, support the deployment of the Delivery Toolkit, and ensure training is provided to the project team;

    • Manage budget on behalf of the sponsor, monitoring the costs against the delivered and realised benefits as the project progresses;

    • Build effective communication amongst stakeholders to generate collective responsibility for success, and provide continuous personal coaching and development of project team members, promoting a culture of collaborative working.

    About you  

    • Masters degree or equivalent work experience, preferably with business and technical background;

    • Certification in Project Management (Prince 2, MSP, and PMP); 

    • Proven ability to intelligently operate and navigate in a multinational, corporate environment, profound experience working in matrix roles;

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the proven ability to deal with stakeholders on senior management level;

    • Strong leadership and management skills;

    • Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects, with the ability to find innovative ways of solving or pre-empting problems;

    • Understanding of Change Management;

    • Strategic and commercial acumen, with experience in financial budget management;

    • Advanced level of proficiency in tools such as MS Office, MS Visio, MS Teams, PowerBI and Planview.
