About the role
We are currently looking for a EPPM Change Manager to lead the Change Management activities to support the ongoing deployment of the EPPM Planview application and DS Smith Delivery Framework across the enterprise, as well as other projects (e.g. Capital), including the new project prioritisation processes, ICP (Investment and Capacity Planning) and Resource Management. All of these components require extensive Change Mangement in order to be successful.
You will be responsible for the successful leadership and execution of the end to end change management lifecycle for the EPPM programme that will transform the way we deliver our projects and programmes. You will ensure that key stakeholders are engaged throughout the EPPM change journey, creating awareness, understanding and engagement of change activities and driving participation in related projects across the impacted areas.
Your remit will include but not limited to:

Create a cohesive roadmap of change management activities aligned to the EPPM roadmap, including leveraging external and internal service providers and resources as required;

Provide the EPPM Project Manager with change management data and reports to enable the tracking and monitoring of the onboarding and adoption of the Delivery Framework and EPPM tool with clear visibility of its status and health;

Conduct business change impact assessments , readiness and post go-live assessments for change initiatives;

Develop and own stakeholder mapping and engagement activities. Build relationships and maintain good communication with key partners and stakeholders;

Support the design, delivery and management of training programmes and communications materials to drive the implementation of change initiatives, including pre and post go-live awareness. Collaborate effectively with the corporate Communications team to ensure a coherent and consistent narrative is used across the business;

Design and deliver monitoring and control systems to track change portfolio, and define change success metrics;

Coach senior leaders and executives to help them fulfil their role as change sponsors. Provide direct support and coaching to all levels of line management as they help their direct reports through transitions.
About you

Educated to a degree level;

Experience in developing and driving the successful delivery of multiple change plans (including resistance management);

A recognised Change Management certification or equivalent experience desired (PROSCI/CCMP);

Experience with medium/large-scale organisational change efforts;

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, and influence multiple stakeholders to drive change at different levels;

Ability to adapt style to suit a given situation. Comfortable working in a complex matrix structure;

Excellent problem solving and root cause identification skills;

Familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifestyle.
