Job Description

We are looking to coach, mentor, and develop future roar consultants, people who are looking for a new opportunity, career changers and recent graduates.

With our Entry Level Management Trainee role , we are looking to hire people that are interested in being cross trained in one or more of the following:

  • Business Development

  • Human Resources

  • Advertising

  • Marketing

  • Sales

  • Recruitment

  • Public Relations and

  • Social Media Branding

Qualifications

Candidates should be outgoing and energetic, willing to take on any task that is handed to them. They should be very articulate, have a sense of humor, but also be disciplined. 

  • Be over 18 
  • ready to travel a few times a year (maybe even internationaly) 
  • A fast learning - comfortable learning from industry experts 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High school preferabley college/ 6th form (or equivalent)
