The Opportunity 

The ideal candidate has several years enterprise level software solutions sales experience (ideally within the content / workflow management space) and will be responsible for selling digital experience solutions to medium and large enterprises. Being on the front lines, generating leads and prospects, selling a suite of Digital Experience services, closing deals. The Account Executive leads sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. The Account Executive also participates in finding leads, in the development of presentations and sales propositions, negotiates contract and pricing, and manages the full sales cycle via solution selling techniques. 

  

What you'll Do:

  • Develop a GTM plan, working closely with Business Development Reps, Marketing, Partner Managers to build pipeline for future opportunities 

  • Opportunity qualification & prioritization 

  • Develop and maintain relationships at the “C” and “VP” levels 

  • Develop compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis & business understanding 

  • Complete the major steps of the sales process including finding new business opportunities, qualifying new opportunities, and closing new business 

  • Sell against quarterly and annually revenue targets for software licenses and services 

  • Coordinate with pre-sales and professional services teams 

  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts 

What you need to succeed:

  • Sales negotiation: Ability to negotiate enterprise sales terms and close deals with executive and C-level clients. Negotiate, liaise and communicate both internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the sales process. 

  • Subject matter expertise: Expertise of SaaS solutions and product knowledge experience. Deliver value based presentations and demonstrations and coordinate internal resources as needed. 

  • Consultation: Ability to understand the goals and objectives of multiple stakeholders within a client’s business, to anticipate needs of a client and implement an action plan accordingly.  Share customers insights with the rest of the Sales organization. Work with the entire team (Solution Consultants, Value Consultants, Marketing, Deal Desk, Legal) to navigate the client’s account. 

  • Goal oriented: Proven track record of hitting/exceeding quota and meeting customer service scores.
