We have an exciting opportunity Enterprise Services Principal Administrator (Collaboration) to join our IT team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for the end-to-end physical, virtual and cloud platforms across Harrods supporting us as we navigate through the next part of our journey.

About the Role

The Enterprise Services Principal Administrator (Collaboration) will be responsible for the end-to-end physical, virtual and cloud platforms across Harrods supporting usas we navigate through the next part of our journey. This will cover both our current on premises data centres and driving our move to the cloud as part of our cloud strategy.

This role will be key in delivering our infrastructure transformation over the next 3/5 years and will be responsible for build, support, and delivery of the platform that will be at the core of Harrods IT going forward.

About You

Our ideal candidate will be a technical leader across End User IT platforms (including Office 365, Share Points and Teams, Co-pilot, IaC covering Ansible, Terraform, GitLab, Kubernetes, Entra, AD). You will be able to demonstrate clear leadership in an End User infrastructure transformation, along with user adoption expertise with a very clear focus on delivery and optimisation.

It is important you have detailed knowledge around the delivery of Infrastructure Automation and Orchestration. (Ansible, Terraform, GitLab). As well as strong technical knowledge (including ZTNA, DEX, least privilege, User Personas, SharePoint, PowerBI, end user policies).

You will also have the following;

  • Experience Infrastructure (Azure, Entra, Active Directory).
  • Experience with managing Atlassian Confluence / Atlassian Jira
  • Solid understanding of governance policies, implementing and designing policies
  • Strong ability to influence and negotiate
