What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Deliveroo for Work UKI team with a global remit. Deliveroo for Work is Deliveroo’s B2B arm, offering simple and flexible food-spending solutions to corporate clients across seven global markets. We are a fast-growing scale-up within Deliveroo, operating at the intersection of sales, product, and technical delivery.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Own and Close Complex Enterprise Deals: Lead end-to-end sales cycles for high-value, multi-market partnerships with Fortune 500 and global organisations, navigating multi-threaded stakeholder groups across extended deal timelines.

  • Act as a Strategic Hunter: Identify, prioritise, and break into target enterprise accounts, building a high-impact pipeline through proactive outbound and network-led approaches.

  • Design Bespoke Commercial Solutions: Craft tailored propositions that align Deliveroo’s product capabilities with complex client needs, including custom pricing, rollout models, and integrations.

  • Navigate Technical & Product Complexity: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Legal to unblock deals, address strict security/compliance requirements, and shape scalable solutions.

  • Influence Strategy & Product Roadmap: Act as the voice of the enterprise customer, feeding structured insights into the product roadmap and contributing to the broader business strategy with market data and deal learnings.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

  • Proven Enterprise Sales Track Record: Significant experience closing high-value, complex B2B deals (ideally within tech-enabled services) with a demonstrated history of exceeding commercial targets.

  • Navigating Complex Deal Environments: Strong understanding of how to sell into enterprise organisations with rigorous procurement, legal, security, and compliance requirements.

  • Technical and Product Fluency: Proven ability to engage credibly with product, engineering, and security stakeholders, effectively translating technical constraints into commercial outcomes.

  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the capability to influence, negotiate with, and build trust among senior C-suite decision-makers across diverse global functions.

  • Structured and Resilient Execution: A disciplined approach to pipeline management with the resilience required to thrive in long, ambiguous, and high-stakes sales cycles.
