The Enterprise Sales Director – Agentic AI is accountable for driving new enterprise revenue, selling our latest Agentic AI Platform through multi-year, high-value contracts ($1M+ annually). The role will have a particular focus on the Fraud & Financial Crime market.

This role requires a strong hunter mentality, with the ability to identify and create new opportunities, combined with sophisticated consultative selling, value articulation and enterprise deal leadership.

What You’ll Do

The Enterprise Sales Director will be responsible for taking our new Agentic AI Platform to market. Initially, the role will focus on introducing the offering to existing Provenir Decisioning clients, before expanding into building and closing a pipeline of new-logo clients independently.

This will involve close interaction with existing Provenir clients and prospects, working alongside our established commercial teams to build momentum, establish early client success and develop a repeatable go-to-market motion for the new platform.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, initially leveraging the Provenir client base to establish early traction and create a roadmap for taking the new offering to the wider market

  • Build deep expertise in the Fraud & Financial Crime market, understanding client priorities, emerging challenges and the business value of Provenir’s Agentic AI Platform

  • As initial traction is established, independently originate & develop new-logo opportunities

  • Lead complex, enterprise-level sales cycles (typically 6–12+ months) involving multiple decision-makers and influencers across business, fraud, risk, compliance, technology and executive leadership

  • Own and orchestrate the full sales process, acting as the overall deal leader and coordinating cross-functional internal teams including Provenir Decisioning Sales, Sales Engineering, Data Science, Product, Legal and Delivery

  • Conduct deep discovery to understand client business models, fraud and risk strategies, regulatory constraints and financial objectives

  • Build and defend value-based business cases, clearly articulating ROI, economic impact and the long-term strategic benefits of the platform

  • Engage confidently with C-level executives, including CROs, CFOs, CIOs, COOs and senior Fraud and Risk leaders, positioning Provenir as a long-term strategic partner

  • Navigate complex buying committees, identifying champions, economic buyers and potential blockers, and driving alignment across client organisations

  • Negotiate and close enterprise-level, multi-year commercial agreements

  • Maintain a disciplined, high-quality pipeline with accurate forecasting and adherence to Provenir’s sales processes and governance standards

Qualifications, Strengths and Skills

  • Extensive experience of enterprise B2B sales, with significant experience selling complex technology, data and/or SaaS solutions

  • Proven experience working within Fraud & Financial Crime, with knowledge of decisioning, analytics and/or AI/ML

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and winning significant new clients within large, regulated Financial Services organisations

  • Demonstrated success closing complex, high-value, multi-year enterprise contracts, ideally $1M+ annually

  • Strong new-business / hunter mentality, with the ability to independently identify, originate and develop new opportunities, as well as convert opportunities within an existing client base

  • Experience selling complex, technical solutions, with sufficient technical fluency to credibly engage clients around data, decisioning, orchestration, machine learning, AI and cloud-based enterprise technology

  • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes and build compelling business cases and ROI

  • Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes, build credibility with C-level executives, lead commercial negotiations and close complex enterprise agreements

  • Familiarity with structured enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN or similar

  • Excellent written, verbal and executive-level communication skills, including the ability to produce and present high-quality proposals, tender responses and executive presentations

  • Comfortable managing a focused portfolio of strategic opportunities with long, complex sales cycles

  • Highly organised, self-directed and accountable, while able to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams and cultures
