  • Analyse risk trends and provide insight to support strategic decision-making.

  • Partner with teams across the business to strengthen risk awareness and capability.

  • Support incident management, root cause analysis, and risk improvement initiatives.

You’ll be an experienced risk professional with a strong background in enterprise, operational, or strategic risk management.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience working in a risk management role with increasing responsibility.

  • Knowledge of risk frameworks including ISO 31000, COSO ERM, and the three lines of defence model.

  • Experience conducting risk assessments, evaluating controls, and challenging stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

  • Excellent communication skills, including executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Desirable experience

  • Professional qualification such as IRM, CIMA, CFA, PRM, or CIA.

  • Experience in a regulated environment, particularly financial services.

  • Familiarity with risk platforms such as Archer, MetricStream, Riskonnect, Decision Focus, or Fusion.

Why join us?

Join Collinson Insurance and play a key role in improving how risk is understood, managed, and used to support business success. You’ll work with senior stakeholders, influence decision-making, and help shape a resilient, forward-looking organisation.
