Job Description

We are seeking passionate customer service champions who are excited to be part of one of the world’s leading online gambling companies.

We are looking for Finnish speakers to join our vibrant Customer Service department at our Malta hub. At bet365, customer service is more than handling queries; it is about creating positive experiences and making every interaction count.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in shaping our customer experience. You will be the voice of bet365, supporting our customers with betting, payments, and account queries via Live Chat, email, and phone.

This full-time position follows a flexible pattern designed around the sporting calendar and includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays with a rotation to ensure an even schedule.

We provide a competitive basic salary of €35,600, plus enhanced rates of pay, clear development pathways, and a rewarding bonus scheme.

Qualifications

  • Fluent proficiency in verbal and written Finnish communication.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to work with various technologies to investigate, communicate and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Active listener, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored support.
  • Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Eagerness to expand personal knowledge and skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
