Department OverviewThe Global Enterprise Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing all marketing programs and tactics across the globe, supporting our enterprise sellers directly and through the channel. A core focus of the department is to drive customer advocacy, account engagement, demand generation and sales enablement. The team oversees all regional marketing strategies, development programs and campaigns, including field marketing support, account-based marketing, content generation, thought leadership initiatives, enablement, customer experiences, events, & marketing ROI metrics.
Job Description
This role is primarily remote within the UK, with occasional travel to our London offices.
We are recruiting for an experienced Enterprise Marketing Manager (EMEA) who will be a key individual contributor in supporting the growth strategy of our enterprise safety and security technology ecosystem. This role focuses on driving marketing efforts into high-value sectors such as, but not limited to, retail, hospitality, and transportation.
We are looking for a creative, self-starting marketer who is an excellent communicator and passionate about building integrated campaigns. You will work within a global team but maintain a sharp focus on the EMEA region, collaborating closely with our Enterprise Sales teams and supporting our Channel Sales partners with impactful solutions marketing.
The ideal candidate will have a background in product, solutions, or campaign marketing and a proven ability to thrive when tackling challenging, high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement: Partner closely with the Enterprise Sales team to provide tools and materials that accelerate the sales cycle.
Drive EMEA Enterprise Strategy: Support marketing efforts across the enterprise ecosystem, tailoring global initiatives to meet the specific needs of key enterprise verticals in EMEA.
Campaign & Content Creation: Act as a creative lead for campaigns, developing compelling content that communicates our value proposition and drives pipeline growth.
Channel Support: Collaborate with Channel Marketing and Sales teams to deliver solutions marketing that empowers partners to sell our technology ecosystem effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly within a global marketing matrix, ensuring EMEA requirements are represented while maintaining global brand consistency.
Vertical Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of the safety and security technology needs within our key enterprise verticals.
Project Leadership: Act as a self-starter, managing complex projects from conception through to execution with minimal supervision.
Basic Requirements
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong background in Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, or Campaign Management.
Proven track record of designing and executing integrated marketing campaign messaging that drives measurable results.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technologies into creative, thought-provoking content (white papers, social media, infographics, event messaging etc.).
Strong experience in Sales Enablement, specifically working with direct enterprise sales teams and channel partners.
A self-starter mindset with the resilience to work on challenging projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
