You help JPMorganChase grow its business in a responsible way by anticipating new and emerging risks and using your expert judgement to solve real-world challenges that impact our company, customers and communities. Our culture in Risk Management and Compliance is all about thinking outside the box, challenging the status quo and striving to be best-in-class.

As the Enterprise Enablement Lead in the Office of Regulation and Document Governance (ORDG), you will make ORDG’s governed data products (Policies, Standards) and shared AI services reusable across the firm. Reporting to ORDG’s AI Data, AI & Analytics Lead, you will reach across the Firm and consuming platforms to understand data usage requirements, establish enterprise data contracts and standard consumption patterns, and drive adoption of shared services — preventing product-local rebuilds and eliminating capability sprawl. You will act as the connective tissue between the governed foundation and the platforms that consume it, translating ORDG’s “build once, reuse safely” principle into concrete integrations and measurable adoption.

Job responsibilities

  • Reach across Firm and consuming platform teams to understand data-usage requirements, and translate them into governed consumption patterns against ORDG data products and shared AI services.
  • Establish and own the enterprise data contracts that bind consumers to governed data products — including SLAs, versioning, deprecation policy, change communication and controlled exceptions.
  • Define and publish the standard consumption patterns (APIs, Data Mesh products, event topics, user utilities) that platforms must use, and prevent embedded copies and product-local rebuilds.
  • Drive adoption of ORDG shared AI services across consuming applications; identify duplicate or overlapping capabilities across the estate and consolidate onto the governed service catalogue.
  • Partner with the Data Governance & Data Product Lead on lifecycle, quality gates and certification of consumer-facing products; and with the Data & AI Execution Lead on integration sequencing and delivery milestones.
  • Own consumer onboarding: technical integration, entitlement setup, contract sign-off, and post-go-live health of the consumer relationship.
  • Maintain the shared-service catalogue — what exists, who owns it, which platforms consume it, and how to adopt it — as a living reference for RM&C and Technology partners.
  • Measure and report adoption: coverage across platforms, active consumers per service, contract compliance, rebuild avoided, and consumer satisfaction.
  • Work with Technology and the Data Analytics Lead to instrument consumption telemetry and to feed adoption signals back into product priorities and the AI product backlog.
  • Support cross-functional prioritisation with the Executive Data Owner and workstream leads; represent the consumer voice in the Define & Govern forum and in delivery planning.
  • Coach consuming teams on the “build once, reuse safely” principle; identify emerging patterns that should be codified into new shared services.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in data-product enablement, developer experience, platform product management or an equivalent cross-consumer role, ideally in regulated financial services.
  • Demonstrated experience defining and running enterprise data contracts — SLA design, versioning, deprecation and change communication — with multiple consumer teams.
  • Working knowledge of modern data-consumption patterns (REST/GraphQL APIs, event streams, Data Mesh products, semantic layers) and how to select the right pattern per use case.
  • Track record driving adoption of shared services across multiple consuming teams, including measurable evidence of preventing duplicated build or rationalising local rebuilds.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills across Technology, Product Owners, Data Science and business owners; able to hold a firm consumption standard while remaining pragmatic on sequencing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to structure decisions and status for senior management and to make integration choices legible to non-specialists.
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and shifting priorities while maintaining quality and control discipline.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, inclusive of LLM Suite, and understanding of how governed data foundations underpin safe AI consumption.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Working knowledge of Data Mesh, service catalogues and modern data-catalog / lineage tooling
  • Familiarity with JPMorganChase data standards, CDAO frameworks and firmwide consumption / entitlement models.
  • Experience with common delivery and reporting tooling
  • Experience operating in a controlled environment with governance processes, audit interactions and documentation rigor.
