About the Role
The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new business and expanding existing relationships within the UK enterprise market. This individual will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring both short-term revenue goals and long-term customer satisfaction. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and aligning Cyncly solutions with the strategic needs of large enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, develop strategic plans for enterprise clients, and provide exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets: Drive the acquisition of new business and the expansion of current accounts to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within the enterprise sector.
  • End-to-End Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring the development and maintenance of a strong pipeline.
  • Pipeline Development: Generate opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, strategic networking, and sector knowledge within the enterprise market.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise decision-makers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop tailored solutions for clients that align with their business objectives, ensuring successful execution of sales strategies.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Regularly update the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) with accurate customer data, pipeline information, and sales activity. Provide accurate monthly forecasts to senior leadership to track revenue and sales progress.
  • Revenue Growth: Balance short-term sales goals with long-term strategies to maximize overall revenue and ensure customer success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on key initiatives and customer needs.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales Representative, consistently exceeding sales targets, preferably in the enterprise or B2B technology sector.
  • Strong history of managing and closing large, complex sales with a track record of revenue growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, with a focus on driving both new business and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Experience in working with enterprise customers and understanding their unique challenges and needs.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with senior leaders.
  • Team Collaboration: Comfortable working within cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and customer outcomes.
  • Decision-Making: Solid decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales situations and customer interactions.
