Drive new business and expand enterprise accounts in the UK market. Manage the full sales cycle, develop strategic client solutions, maintain pipeline and CRM (Salesforce), deliver forecasts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets and ensure customer success.

Provide phone and email support to international SaaS customers: investigate and reproduce issues, advise on product use, support onboarding and database implementation, document defects, and contribute product improvement ideas.

Lead global paid media and ABM efforts to drive top-of-funnel demand across SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise. Own channel strategy, measurement, and budget allocation across LinkedIn, Meta, Google and Bing. Manage four sub-teams (Paid Digital, ABM, Qualification Intelligence, Growth Marketing), run experimentation, and partner with sales, eCommerce, and data teams to convert demand into pipeline.

Support CEO/COO and ELT by operating the executive rhythm, driving strategic planning, producing executive-ready analysis and communications, and leading cross-functional initiatives to ensure decisions convert into measurable outcomes. Use AI and automation to scale office operations.

Establish and lead a global user research practice: define methodology, tooling, processes and repository; run generative, evaluative and quantitative studies; translate findings into product strategy; build participant panels; partner with product, design, and engineering; and hire and mentor researchers as the function grows.
