We’re seeking an ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to be the driver for Zendesk’s growth and exciting innovation in our customers. You will be at the center of the action, leveraging our full AI suite—AI Agent, Copilot, QA, CCaaS—to drive business impact, efficiency, and innovation with executive teams in our key customers.

Your Impact (What you’ll be doing)

  • Own the Growth: Execute a strategy to land new, large enterprise accounts and expand major opportunities with key UK & Ireland customers

  • Lead Strategic Deals: Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engaging leaders across IT, Operations, Procurement, and the Executive suite

  • Drive AI Adoption: Partner with existing customers to champion the adoption of Zendesk’s AI platform as part of major CX transformation programs

  • Be the Expert: Lead strategic discussions with C-level executives, aligning our AI solutions directly to their business goals and measurable outcomes

  • Future-Proof Your Career: Develop career-making AI fluency, expertly translating how intelligent workflows to deliver measurable business impact. Utilize cutting-edge AI sales tools to boost your productivity.

  • Business Partner: Develop and present compelling, data-driven business cases and ROI models based on customer-defined success metrics

  • Collaborate to Win: Lead an integrated, customer-centric sales motion by collaborating seamlessly with internal teams and our Partner ecosystem

  • Learning mindset: Strong desire to develop experience in AI and automation strategy for large enterprises, with the skill to translate technology into measurable business impact

  • Strategic Focus: Skilled in building, presenting, and defending executive-level business cases and ROI models.

  • Team Player: A track record of collaborating effectively and influencing outcomes within matrixed and partner-led sales environments.

  • Drive, Curiosity & a Growth Mindset: You are self-driven, empathetic, strategically curious, and results-focused—ready to thrive in a complex, fast-changing environment. You’ve failed a few times and learnt some great lessons along the way 

Great to have, bonus experience:

  • Industry Expertise: As we build our business in focus areas around Business Services, Finance or Manufacturing. Strong B2B industry experience is a big value add 

  • Relevant Experience: Prior experience selling CX, CRM, CCaaS, or AI-powered platforms to enterprise customers.

  • Modern Sales Tools: Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered sales tools and CRM to boost execution and productivity e.g. Gong, Bullseye, Gemini, Claude.

This is a hybrid role. Successful candidates are expected to travel regularly for face-to-face engagement with customers and prospects across UK & Ireland. You will join a collaborative, inclusive sales team committed to customer impact, innovation, and long-term growth.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
