About the Role:

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll champion the adoption of process automation - bringing innovation, transparency, and efficiency to Corporate customers across UKI. What You Will Bring to the Role:

  1. Driving ARR growth across UKI, from new business and expansion of existing customers through complex sales cycles including; technical discovery and evaluations, presentations, financial and legal negotiations, and on-site customer meetings when necessary

  2. Articulating Camunda’s value proposition and vision to multiple levels of technical and business leadership

  3. Collaboration and partnering with Camunda Solutions Engineering, Product leaders, and Partners (GSI and Regional) to understand and support customer use cases

  4. Leveraging multiple communication methods and collaboration with Account Development Representatives to create new contacts in middle and senior leadership in both technical and executive areas of the enterprise landscape.

Must Haves:

  • 6+ years of quota attainment within an Enterprise (Saas) AE role

  • 6+ years of experience selling complex software solutions to Enterprise companies by articulating business value and navigating complex buying centers across business and IT stakeholders

  • History of success selling to customers in the Banking, Telecommunications and Public Sector Industries

  • Proven track record of success selling $1M+ mutli-year contracts

  • Command of Sales Methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales

  • Track record of building new Pipeline generation via outbound campaigns

  • Ability to manage a high performing Account Teams, driving the strategy and execution of team members

  • Strong collaborator, innovator and problem solver

  • Adhere to our FAITH values

Nice-to-haves:

  • Familiarity with Automation technology a plus

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.

The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:

  • United States: $281,300.00 to $453,500.00

  • United Kingdom: £176,600.00 to £290,500.00

  • Singapore: Singapore: S$349,400.00 to S$524,000.00

If you’re based elsewhere, you’ll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview.
