You will lead our Domain Platform Engineering and AI team in London. This team acts as the backbone for our data consumers across Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product. Your mission is to rebuild an enterprise data platform that supports a decentralized data model. This work ensures our colleagues have the trustable data and models they need to make great decisions for our customers.
You will manage a growing team of engineers across the UK and the Netherlands. As we move from simplifying legacy systems into a phase of consolidation and growth, your leadership will be vital. Proven experience building and leading multiple high performance platform engineering teams.
Background in creating data and AI platforms as a product using agile methods.
Deep technical knowledge from a previous career as a senior platform or data engineer.

Strong communication skills that make complex technical topics easy for anyone to understand.
Experience navigating a complex enterprise landscape with many competing priorities.
