Lead the mobile app product strategy and roadmap, own customer journey improvements, drive discovery through research and experimentation, collaborate with design, engineering and data teams, prioritise backlog, and deliver measurable improvements in app conversion, ratings, NPS and AOV. Leverage AI/ML and analytics to reduce friction and enable a scalable, localised mobile eCommerce experience.
