About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

About the Role

The way legal work gets done is changing, and Engagement is at the centre of that transformation. We're looking for an Engagement Manager to own adoption across a portfolio of mid-market corporate clients and help their in-house legal teams fundamentally change the way they work.

This is a role for someone who has led change inside complex organisations and knows that real transformation is designed and managed. You will own the adoption and long-term success of 15 – 20 corporate accounts: building the relationships, defining the outcomes and serving as the trusted adviser who turns Legora into an embedded part of how those teams operate.

Mid-market means breadth as well as depth. You will be running adoption programmes across 15 – 20 accounts at once, each with its own stakeholders, timelines and success measures, which makes this a role where strong project management is not a nice-to-have but the thing that determines whether you succeed. You will lean on repeatable playbooks where they work and go bespoke where an account earns it.

At the heart of the role is designing each client's adoption playbook and delivering the change programmes that transform how they work. For every account you will build a tailored roadmap, sequence initiatives from initial rollout through function-wide scaled adoption, define measurable outcomes and ROI and evolve the programme as new AI capabilities and use cases emerge.

You will be critical as we continue to build a best-in-class adoption programme at Legora, helping clients realise measurable ROI, expand successful use cases and transform the way their teams work.

What You'll Do

You'll lead the post-sale customer experience, owning onboarding, adoption and long-term value realisation for a portfolio of 15 – 20 mid-market corporates. Specifically, you will:

  • Design each client's adoption playbook: the tailored change-management approach, stakeholder map and target outcomes for how that legal function adopts Legora and transforms the way it works.

  • Execute against that playbook, sequencing initiatives from initial rollout to function- and enterprise-wide scaled adoption and adapting as the client's needs and Legora's capabilities evolve.

  • Run those programmes in parallel across the full portfolio, holding the plan, the milestones and the risks for every account and knowing at any moment which ones need your attention this week.

  • Act as a strategic adviser who deeply understands in-house legal priorities — cost, cycle time, risk and doing more without adding headcount — surfaces high-impact opportunities and guides teams towards maximum value from Legora.

  • Drive sustained value through a structured operating cadence: success plans, enablement, stakeholder check-ins, training and value reviews.

  • Orchestrate engagement from cross-functional teams to accelerate client success (GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Marketing, Support), maintaining end-to-end account context and coordination.

  • Partner with GTM on key commercial moments to ensure seamless transitions, continuity and exceptional customer experience, and to identify and realise expansion opportunities.

  • Translate customer feedback into action by collaborating closely with Product, Engineering and Marketing to inform roadmap, positioning and enablement.

  • Build reusable playbooks, templates and enablement material from what works, so the whole Engagement team gets better as you go rather than every account starting from scratch.

What You Bring

You care deeply about customer outcomes and you know that transformation has to be designed and led. You're proactive, strategic and comfortable steering demanding, senior stakeholders through significant change. You take pride in being the reason customers adopt, grow and succeed.

We're looking for:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in management consulting, legal, LegalTech or customer success in an AI-native B2B vertical.

  • Experience overseeing complex rollouts and adoption programmes at corporates is very desirable. We want someone who has taken a new way of working into a large in-house function, navigated procurement, IT, security and sceptical stakeholders, and made it stick.

  • A strong project management skillset. This is central to the role: with 15 – 20 live programmes you need to be organised by instinct, comfortable holding many threads at once and able to tell the difference between an account that is quiet and an account that is drifting.

  • A consulting or transformation background, with a demonstrated track record of designing and delivering change-management programmes inside complex organisations.

  • Experience building tailored, client-level transformation roadmaps and adoption plans and steering them to measurable outcomes.

  • A track record of driving adoption, retention and satisfaction with corporate clients and senior stakeholders.

  • Experience working with legal, compliance or other regulated and complex industries or the ability to learn a complex domain exceptionally fast.

  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal and interpersonal. You can hold a conversation with a General Counsel and roll up your sleeves with the hands-on teams who use the product every day.

  • High EQ: you know when to listen, when to advise and when to act.

  • A love of fast-paced, early-stage environments where you help build the playbook, not just follow it.

  • Fluency with metrics and driven by data, customer health and outcomes over process.
