About the Role

As our Employer Brand & Community Manager, you'll help tell the story of Humanoid to the people who'll help shape our future.

Working closely with Talent Acquisition, PR & Marketing, and hiring teams, you'll bring our employer brand to life by creating memorable experiences, building relationships with technical communities, and showcasing the incredible people and technology behind Humanoid.

From organising meetups and university events to creating engaging content and representing Humanoid at industry conferences, you'll play a key role in helping exceptional talent discover who we are, what we're building, and why they should join us.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves bringing ideas to life. You'll spend less time building PowerPoint presentations and more time building communities, creating experiences, and finding creative ways to connect world-class talent with our mission.

What You'll Do
  • Build Humanoid's presence across robotics, AI, software, hardware, and engineering communities.

  • Plan and deliver hackathons, coding competitions, university partnerships, meetups, conferences, careers fairs, and community events that inspire exceptional talent to engage with Humanoid.

  • Represent Humanoid at industry events, building meaningful relationships with engineers, researchers, students, creators, and future talent.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop creative employer branding campaigns that support hiring across technical and business teams.

  • Work closely with PR & Marketing to create engaging employer brand content, including employee stories, behind-the-scenes videos, blogs, social media campaigns, and careers page content.

  • Collaborate with engineers and technical leaders to showcase the exciting challenges we're solving and the people making them happen.

  • Own and continuously improve Humanoid's careers website and employer branding assets.

  • Develop employee advocacy initiatives that encourage employees to share their work, experiences, and life at Humanoid.

  • Identify new communities, partnerships, sponsorships, and events where Humanoid should have a presence.

  • Measure the impact of employer branding initiatives, experiment with new ideas, and continuously improve how we attract and engage exceptional talent.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Community Building, Talent Attraction, or a similar role.

  • Experience building employer brand initiatives in a fast-growing or scaling tech organisations.

  • Experience organising events, hackathons, meetups, coding competitions, university partnerships, or community engagement initiatives.

  • Excellent storytelling, content creation, and communication skills.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives from idea to execution.

  • A natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people and growing communities.

  • Comfortable collaborating with Talent Acquisition, PR & Marketing, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders.

  • A creative mindset with the confidence to test new ideas and continuously improve.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity in a fast-moving environment.

  • Strong execution skills with the ability to take ownership and deliver consistently.

Nice to have
  • Experience in deep-tech, robotics, AI, or hardware and software organisations.

  • Experience creating employer branding campaigns for technical audiences.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Talent Brand, recruitment marketing tools, careers websites, and ATS platforms.

  • Experience producing photo, video, or digital content for employer branding or social media.

  • A genuine curiosity about emerging technologies and the future of robotics.
