Join GSK as a strategic and people-focused partner who will shape the employee experience across our organisation. The purpose of this role is to drive continuous improvement across Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Health & Wellbeing initiatives, Early Talent management and coordination, strategic workforce planning, and training programmes for the wider business. You will play a key role in fostering an inclusive, healthy and growth‑oriented workplace while ensuring alignment with GSK’s strategic priorities and commitment to delivering excellence. As a visible champion, you will lead initiatives that boost employee engagement, accelerate talent development and strengthen organisational effectiveness—helping to create a workplace where people can thrive and the business can succeed.

In this role you will…

  • Partner with ERG leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to grow inclusive, aligned ERGs and embed a culture of continuous learning, wellbeing, and engagement across GSK.
  • Design, implement and evaluate holistic health & wellbeing programs (mental, physical, emotional) in collaboration with internal teams and external providers to boost resilience, productivity and employee wellness.
  • Attract, onboard, develop and retain early‑career talent (graduates, apprentices, interns) through coordinated mentoring, development and retention strategies.
  • Lead strategic workforce planning with business and SD partners to forecast future needs, define long‑term talent strategies and implement proactive solutions that support GSK’s growth objectives.
  • Use data analytics and robust reporting frameworks to measure program effectiveness across ERGs, wellbeing, early talent and training, delivering actionable insights and regular updates to leadership.
  • Serve as a central liaison between HR, business leaders, ERGs and external stakeholders to align initiatives, foster partnerships and drive integrated workforce solutions.
  • Manage stakeholder and external representation, showcasing GSK best practices to strengthen employer brand and secure collaboration and support for initiatives.
  • Lead constructive union and employee representative engagement, advising on collective bargaining, consultation and change management to protect employee wellbeing and ensure compliant, equitable outcomes.

Why you? 

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organisational Development, Industrial/Employment Relations, Psychology, Business Management or related.
  • Experience delivering employee engagement/ERG programmes, health & wellbeing strategies, early talent lifecycle activities, and participation in union/industrial relations or consultation processes.
  • Strong, jurisdiction-specific employment law and collective bargaining knowledge; ability to sustain constructive union relationships.
  • Proven stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, conflict resolution, change and programme management; excellent written and verbal communication for senior leaders.
  • Data-literate: interpret HR and engagement metrics, build dashboards, and turn insights into action; proficient with HRIS, survey/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) and collaboration platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s in Human Resources/Organisational Development, Industrial Relations, Employment Relations, Occupational/Organisational Psychology, MBA with HR focus, or a master’s in Public/Health Management for wellbeing-focused roles.
  • Experience designing/implementing health & wellbeing programmes, inclusive leadership experience with ERGs/D&I programmes, cultural agility across geographies; professional certifications (CIPD/SHRM, Prosci, Industrial Relations, Mental Health First Aid) are desirable.
