THE CHALLENGE

You will lead a team of Business Development Managers and will be responsible for driving the success of each individual. You will be tasked with driving performance, ensuring a strong pipeline of prospective clients, developing action plans where necessary, and co-selling strategically. You will execute the GTM strategy for acquiring new creators who are a good fit for Eventbrite. You’ll be actively involved in the largest prospects of the team, guiding the preparation of proposals, and participating in pitch presentations and negotiations. You will be responsible for reporting on the success and challenges of your team. You will work cross-functionally with the EMEA Commercial Management and Customer Success teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience and to optimize revenue for the EMEA region as a whole. You will hire the best talent and manage the individual performance of the BDMs to build and maintain a strong team. By coaching on procedure, technique, and pipeline management, you will ensure career progression and job satisfaction for your team of Britelings.  


THE ROLE

You will be responsible for all commercial activities and revenue targets for the team. You will report to the Director of Sales for EMEA and work with them as well as with the Marketing team, to build pipeline, provide key feedback and execute on business success metrics, and consistently push your team to beat targets.


THE SKILL SET

  • Mid market experience 
  • 7+ years in sales 
  • 3+ years in a Sales Leadership/Management roles
  • Successful track record in Sales within the SaaS, Technology, or Ticketing industry
  • Strong leadership skills: communication, influence and empathy
  • Experience managing and executing on metrics and quotas
  • A proven track record of over-performance
  • Analytical ability to understand and report periodical team performance to company leadership

 BONUS POINTS

  • A proven track record of closing deals from SMB to Enterprise level
  • Ticketing or event experience
