We are seeking an Associate-level Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment for the EMEA Payments Front Office. This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting a global powerhouse that is transforming the way payments are made and managed. You'll have the opportunity to work with industry leaders, drive strategic recruitment efforts, and contribute to the success of an industry leading Payments organisation. 

As a Recruiter within Payments Team, you will be at the heart of our talent acquisition strategy, managing end-to-end recruitment across EMEA Payments Front Office roles. You'll engage in proactive external searches and internal mobility, fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle recruitment, from direct approach to completion, sourcing qualified candidates through various channels and overseeing the end to end recruitment process
  • Participate in client meetings to understand recruiting needs, manage expectations, and act as the primary recruitment contact for different businesses 
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback, educating candidates on career growth, benefits, and compensation philosophy
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of the business, role requirements, and talent market dynamics to advise Hiring Managers and shape hiring decisions
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders (Compensation, HR Business Advisors, Global Mobility), to enable effective hiring execution, including offer structuring, approvals, and stakeholder updates
  • Lead offer processes, including compensation discussions and negotiations with Hiring Managers and candidates to ensure offer acceptance
  • Utilize applicant tracking system, maintain data integrity and ensure all appropriate processes and controls are adhered to

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in full lifecycle recruiting in a corporate or retained firm environment focused on financial services and/or the Payments sector
  • Exceptional sourcing skills – the ability to identify and engage top talent and position opportunities in a highly impactful way
  • Strong project management skills to handle complex assignments and multiple searches
  • Exceptional judgment and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective interpersonal skills for interacting with employees at all levels
  • Innovative, creative, and results-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to negotiate complex packages
  • Strong executive presence with credibility and gravitas
