Position Summary
The marketing coordinator works with the field marketing team to support the development, execution, and reporting of field and partner/channel activities in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).The role reports into the Senior Director of EMEA Marketing and involves close collaboration with field, digital and operations marketing team members, as well as interacting with corporate marketing and EMEA sales teams.Key deliverables and areas of responsibilities:

  • Support large scale activities such as F5 roadshows, regional tradeshows and internal meetings.
  • Work with the Field Marketing Managers to ensure approved brand look and feel is utilised at regional events
  • Ensure corporate demos and videos are regionalised
  • Support PR and comms team at regional events where necessary
  • Co-ordinate logistics surrounding events such as Exec travel and accommodation bookings
  • Giveaway ordering and shipping
  • Assist the Field Marketing Managers with timely upload of leads from campaigns and campaign code creation to better track ROI
  • Manage the marketing support element of partner activity such as training and enablement sessions both off and online and regional partner updates or PACs
  • Support marketing leadership with narrative to supplement data points when reporting on marketing activities on QBRs or post -activity communications. Build slides and talking points when necessary
  • Regular communications to marketing team. Help co-ordinate team sync calls working with leaderships and team members to gather feedback and build agendas. Schedule marketing and sales sync sessions such as planning workshop and plan read through sessions
  • Own the planning and execution of internal marketing events

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Event ownership experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Smartsheet; CRM and dashboard analysis experience preferable
  • Channel landscape awareness and experience
  • Detail orientated and skilled at time and project management
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Some international travel will be required
