Joining Collibra’s Growth Marketing team 

Collibra is looking for a results-driven marketer with a growth mindset to join our marketing team as a Field Marketing Manager for NEUR AND DACH. Reporting to the Senior Director of Field & Partner Marketing, you'll be responsible for the strategy and tactics that deliver marketing sourced goal attainment. As a key team member, you’ll ensure that our marketing efforts are efficient and continuously optimized to deliver the best results for the business. The EMEA Field Marketing Manager at Collibra will be responsible for
  • Owning, developing and executing fully integrated marketing plans to drive demand generation, land new logos and achieve new business pipeline targets in the NEUR and DACH regions
  • Providing strategic direction and translating global campaigns into regional digital and engagement roadmaps based on industry frameworks 
  • Aligning and collaborating with GTM leaders, Integrated Marketing and Growth Marketing team members to develop EMEA field marketing priorities and multi-channel marketing plans, using a data driven approach to decision making  
  • Monitoring and analyzing marketing’s performance and providing insights to optimize strategies and investments that deliver the best ROI that meet revenue objectives
You Have
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree and/or 10+ years experience in Field/Partner/Channel marketing delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Cross-functional program management experience building and successfully delivering innovative, scalable, demand generation programs. Experience executing with partners such as SAP, Google Cloud and GSIs.  
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver regional marketing programs that achieve pipeline targets. Demonstrable examples of success at the top, mid & bottom of the funnel  
  • Strong oral, written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to present and communicate complex information to all levels of the organization, including presentations to customers 
  • An exceptional “can do” positive attitude with stand-out interpersonal and communications skills to achieve highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders. Proven ability to influence teams beyond organizational boundaries
