πŸ’‘ The role :

The Events Specialist, EMEA is responsible for planning, managing, and executing the regional events program across EMEA. This includes roadshows, tradeshows, and niche regional events that support pipeline generation and brand visibility. 

Reporting to the Events Manager, EMEA, this role works closely with regional marketing, sales teams, and corporate stakeholders to deliver high-impact events aligned with regional marketing strategy. The primary objective is to drive qualified leads and ensure a strong, consistent brand presence across all events. 

πŸ”Ž What your day will look like:

Event Planning & Execution 

  • Manage all elements of the events program including logistics, staffing, operations, vendors, production, and branding 
  • Plan and execute regional roadshows, tradeshows, and niche events across EMEA 
  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality on-brand presence at all events 
  • Provide on-site event support and oversee execution 

Strategy & Program Management 

  • Align the events program with regional marketing strategy and business objectives 
  • Ensure adherence to corporate brand guidelines across all event activities 
  • Develop and implement event guidelines to support regional marketers 
  • Host pre-event planning and post-event review sessions to optimize performance 

Lead Management & ROI 

  • Develop and execute lead management strategies for each event 
  • Ensure proper tracking, follow-up processes, and reporting to measure ROI 
  • Drive pipeline generation through effective event execution 

Budget & Vendor Management 

  • Plan, manage, and track event budgets 
  • Negotiate costs with suppliers, vendors, and agencies 
  • Manage relationships with external partners to ensure successful delivery 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Collaborate with regional marketing, sales teams, product teams, and corporate events 
  • Work closely with technology partners and key stakeholders 
  • Ensure seamless coordination across all teams involved in event execution 

Requirements🌟 About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or event management 
  • Proven experience managing and tracking significant budgets 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed organization 
  • Experience managing vendor and agency relationships 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail 
  • Calm, confident, and able to perform in fast-paced environments 
  • Passion for events, branding, and lead generation 
  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously 
  • Willingness and enthusiasm for frequent travel and on-site event support 
  • English: Professional business proficiency (required)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Experience with CRM systems, data management, and marketing automation tools
