Role/Department Description: 

We’re looking for a tenacious Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global team of recruiters. The Campus Recruiter will build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and recruiting partners, including universities, organizations, and student groups. In addition, they will deliver the best experience to all candidates by promoting FactSet’s values, culture, and mission.  

As a Campus Recruiter, you will provide full cycle recruitment services supporting entry level roles and internship programs across our client support, sales, and product development organizations. You’ll use your skills to identify and capture top talent while helping applicants see FactSet as a career destination.  

What you will do (including but not limited to): 

  • Manage the end-to-end candidate process, including resume/phone screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, selection, offers, negotiation, and onboarding. 
  • Post and maintain university job postings. 
  • Ensure the highest-level of candidate care and communication.
  • Increase our brand awareness on university campuses and build relationships with student organizations, professors and career centers. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess requirements and identify  recruiting strategies to engage and interview top talent in the competitive market. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and program stakeholders within the organization.  
  • Responsible for data management and reporting. 
  • Travel to university campuses during peak seasons. 

What you will need: 

  • 2+ years of full-cycle university recruiting experience (specifically within technology or financial services a plus). 
  • Proven experience in building and managing diverse candidate pipelines. 
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and closing talent. 
  • Possess the ability to independently multitask, prioritize, and complete a high volume of tasks and projects. 
  • Demonstrated problem solver with strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or related field.
