Lead the architecture and hands-on development of scalable financial trading applications. Define engineering standards, modernize systems, drive performance and reliability improvements, promote automated testing, conduct design reviews, resolve technical issues, and mentor engineers. The role requires strong full-stack software engineering expertise, distributed-systems experience, and technical leadership, with preferred knowledge of trading workflows, OMS/EMS platforms, FIX protocol, and low-latency architectures.

Lead Site Reliability Engineer responsible for maintaining production reliability, availability, scalability, and performance. Duties include incident response, post-mortems, SLO and SLI management, Kubernetes administration, automation, capacity planning, performance optimization, documentation, and on-call support. The role partners with development and operations teams to improve service reliability and engineering practices.

Manage integration, validation, and maintenance of ISO15022/ISO20022 corporate actions messaging and the Corporate Actions master database. Partners with engineering, product, architecture, and AI teams to reshape the full software delivery lifecycle, build trust and adoption, and improve velocity, quality, developer experience, and AI-native work across the organization.

Manage and grow a high-value book of buy-side clients for FactSet's Portware EMS. Own full sales cycle, develop C-suite relationships, identify and close complex EMS deals, deliver ROI narratives, and partner with product, engineering, and support to ensure successful solution delivery and client retention. Mentor junior team members and act as subject-matter expert on trading workflows and market structure.
