Partners with engineering, product, architecture, and AI teams to reshape the full software delivery lifecycle, build trust and adoption, and improve velocity, quality, developer experience, and AI-native work across the organization.

Manage and grow a high-value book of buy-side clients for FactSet's Portware EMS. Own full sales cycle, develop C-suite relationships, identify and close complex EMS deals, deliver ROI narratives, and partner with product, engineering, and support to ensure successful solution delivery and client retention. Mentor junior team members and act as subject-matter expert on trading workflows and market structure.
