Manages software development projects for energy and other sector-specific products. Responsibilities include backlog prioritization, Agile sprint planning, requirements definition, JIRA story creation, progress tracking, stakeholder communication, resource allocation, and servant leadership. The role coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver software enhancements and manage support workflows. Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA is required; exposure to energy data, SQL, Python, and cloud technologies is preferred.

Lead FactSet’s global privacy program and serve as senior legal counsel on technology, AI, data protection, cross-border transfers, privacy risks, and cybersecurity incidents. Advise product, engineering, compliance, and security leaders on GDPR, CCPA, AI governance, data licensing, and privacy-by-design. Manage regulatory engagement, privacy training, data subject rights, impact assessments, data mapping, and contract terms across multiple jurisdictions.

Lead the architecture and hands-on development of scalable financial trading applications. Define engineering standards, modernize systems, drive performance and reliability improvements, promote automated testing, conduct design reviews, resolve technical issues, and mentor engineers. The role requires strong full-stack software engineering expertise, distributed-systems experience, and technical leadership, with preferred knowledge of trading workflows, OMS/EMS platforms, FIX protocol, and low-latency architectures.
