We currently have a vacancy for a highly motivated Museum Management Consultant, to handle a variety of Museum management related duties.
Main responsibilities and tasks
- Coordination of the Museum’s activities and management of its collections;
- Events organisation;
- Planning and management of visits, and educational programs at the Museum;
- Management of the Museum’s social media;
- Public and media relations;
- Monitoring of publications;
- Monitoring of projects related to the Museum;
- Networking with other Museums and art gallery professionals;
- Monitoring the Museum’s website;
- Cooperation with Museum staff;
- Liaising with the Management Board;
- Liaising and communication with Suppliers.
Desired skills & Experience:
- Bachelor degree in a field related to the above;
- Excellent command of English, both written and oral;
- Good Knowledge of French, German or other European languages will be appreciated;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, use of Internet and social media;
- Experience between 3-5 years in a relevant position.

- Ability to deliver in-line with high quality standards and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills, both writing and verbally;
- Integrity and openness;
- Ability to handle stress and deadlines;
- Positive, results oriented, “can do” attitude;
