Working closely with Producers, this role will transform ideas and briefs into compelling, high-impact content that engages existing and casual fans and attracts new audiences on our owned and operated channels.

Our hybrid-working model also allows you some variety on your place of work, offering you the chance to work from home on some days each week, where possible. You will be expected to attend the office or site visits in line with our company policy. All staff liaise closely with their line manager to manage their time appropriately and according to their work and team requirements
The role
- Take briefs from Producers and bring them to life through best-in-class editing, motion design and storytelling.
- Transform ideas, raw footage and creative briefs into compelling, high-impact digital video content.
- Work across both Field of Play and off-pitch content, identifying the most engaging stories and shaping them for social and digital platforms.
- Use creative instinct, football knowledge and social media best practice to produce content that stands out in the feed.
- Create content that engages existing and casual fans, while helping to attract new audiences to Premier League channels.
- Work at pace to deliver distinctive, memorable and audience-focused content that supports Premier League Studios’ output.
Requirements of the role
- A strong visual eye and a passion for editing, storytelling and creating standout digital video content.
- Experience using motion design, graphics and contemporary editing techniques to elevate content and maximise impact.
- The ability to bring creative ideas to life with flair, accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- A good understanding of social media platforms, formats and best practice.
- An audience-driven approach, with an understanding of what fans want and how different audiences consume content.
- The ability to stay up to date with football culture, social trends and emerging content styles, applying these insights to output.
- A proactive approach, bringing ideas, energy and creative solutions to briefs.
- The confidence to contribute beyond the initial ask and look for opportunities to elevate output.
- A collaborative working style, with the ability to take direction and add value through their own expertise and perspective.
- The ability to manage multiple pieces of content simultaneously and deliver at pace without compromising quality.
