Leads the creative strategy, production, and performance optimization of social-first video content for Premier League channels and international broadcast partners. Uses football access, match footage, player content, and archive assets to create distinctive, scalable platform-native storytelling. Collaborates across programming, editorial, creative, and production teams while leading multidisciplinary producers, assistant producers, and editors.

Coordinate national and international programming shoots from development through delivery. Manage crew, equipment, travel, accommodation, call sheets, schedules, archive and music clearances, post-production paperwork, invoices, timesheets, expenses, and production cost tracking. Support freelancer engagement, compliance, health and safety, safeguarding, sustainability paperwork, workflow improvements, and day-to-day problem-solving while serving as a key contact for production teams and suppliers.
