About eBay Live:

We’re looking for an Account Lead to help our biggest, Fashion sellers thrive within eBay Live broadcasts. You’ll be the trusted partner guiding top sellers after they launch — helping them grow audiences, drive GMV, and become category leaders.

This role combines relationship management, strategy, and performance coaching. You’ll help sellers improve stream quality, optimize their business operations, and connect their goals to eBay Live’s broader growth vision.

The Account Lead for eBay Live plays a pivotal role in encouraging positive relationships with top strategic sellers. They also lead key initiatives to improve seller benchmarks, partnerships, GMV, and programming optimization. This position is dedicated to accelerating the growth of sellers and coaching a small team of account managers through consultative partnerships and knowledge sharing, focusing on the most strategic and vital relationships within the assigned categories. 

What you'll accomplish:

Strategic Seller Partnership:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with eBay Live sellers through regular business reviews and strategic consultations, leading some of eBay’s largest and most successful accounts.

  • Develop comprehensive strategies for enterprise sellers to ensure successful platform integration and early growth.

  • Analyze seller business data to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.

  • Create and implement customized business plans to help enterprise sellers achieve their growth targets.

  • Provide advanced platform knowledge and selling strategy consultation

  • Develop and implement optimizations to seller’s eBay live programming and schedule.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex seller issues.

  • Guide sellers through changes to rules and system updates while ensuring compliance. 

  • Track and analyze seller performance metrics to ensure growth targets are met.

Strategic Focus on Understanding Business & Leadership 

  • Coach and develop a team of 1-2 team members to align the Fashion pod on strategy execution.

  • Organize and complete large-scale seller central initiatives through cross-collaboration with business unit partnerships.

  • Develop standard process sharing programs across the seller community.

  • Investigate and analyze new policy and platform impacts on enterprise sellers.

  • Lead initiatives to establish and carry out seller protocols.

  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of educational initiatives.

What you'll bring:
  • Experience in Fashion buying or merchandising, marketplace, or Live commerce environments.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in e-commerce and account management.

  • Excellent influencing and presentation skills.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise-level clients.

  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and standards.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently.

  • Proven track record of high performance and team ranking.

  • Recognized as a strong cross-functional leader and collaborator.

  • Executive-level verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tell a compelling story backed by data.

  • High degree of ownership and dedication to achieving results.

  • Strong adaptability to shifting priorities and business needs.

  • Self-motivated to see opportunities and challenges within the business.

  • Data-driven approach to planning and decision-making, with comfort in handling data, analytics, and modeling. Strong understanding of P&L.

  • Organized problem solver who balances attention to detail with efficiency.

  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising and a desire to become an expert.

  • Willingness to grow into an industry expert, engage directly with customers, and a strong desire to contribute to eBay's growth.
