  • Develop and maintain programme policies, practices, communications, events, and learning initiatives that support participant growth and business outcomes.

  • Monitor programme performance, analyse key metrics, and implement continuous improvements based on stakeholder and participant feedback.

  • Contribute to and lead Talent Acquisition projects and programmes that support broader talent attraction, selection, and workforce planning objectives across Europe.

  • Experience using data, insights, and programme metrics to inform decisions, track outcomes, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Fluency in English, together with a collaborative, proactive, and adaptable approach and a genuine interest in developing early career talent.

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field; experience in supply chain, logistics, or international environments; additional European language skills; coaching, training, or learning programme design experience; and willingness to travel within Europe when required.
