(Early) Careers Talent Project & Programme Specialist
About the role
As an (Early) Careers Talent Project & Programme Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the Europe region’s early careers talent portfolio, including the GROW Graduate Programme, internships, apprenticeships, student engagement initiatives, and school outreach programmes.
Working closely with Talent Acquisition, Organisational Talent & Development, HR Business Partners, and business leaders, you will help attract, develop, and retain emerging talent across the region. You will lead programmes that create meaningful career opportunities while ensuring they meet evolving business needs and provide an engaging experience for participants.
This role combines programme management, stakeholder partnership, talent development, and project delivery. You will contribute to building a strong pipeline of future talent, continuously improving programmes and processes, and supporting broader Talent Acquisition initiatives that strengthen our employer brand and talent strategy.
How you will contribute
Support HR and business stakeholders in identifying early career talent needs and delivering effective recruitment and selection processes, including assessment centres.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams to enhance engagement with students, graduates, educational institutions, and early career talent communities.
Identify opportunities to strengthen and evolve early careers strategies, programmes, and candidate experiences across the region.
Develop, manage, and monitor budgets for early career talent initiatives and programmes.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the regional GROW Graduate Programme, ensuring a positive and impactful participant experience.
Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and mobility teams to coordinate graduate hiring, onboarding, rotations, deployment, and development activities.
Serve as a key contact for programme participants, providing guidance, support, and performance-related coordination throughout the programme lifecycle.
Develop and maintain programme policies, practices, communications, events, and learning initiatives that support participant growth and business outcomes.
Monitor programme performance, analyse key metrics, and implement continuous improvements based on stakeholder and participant feedback.
Contribute to and lead Talent Acquisition projects and programmes that support broader talent attraction, selection, and workforce planning objectives across Europe.
What you will bring
Experience delivering talent, learning, graduate, early careers, recruitment, or development programmes, with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to build effective partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders, including business leaders, HR teams, external partners, and programme participants across multiple locations.
Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience using data, insights, and programme metrics to inform decisions, track outcomes, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement.
Fluency in English, together with a collaborative, proactive, and adaptable approach and a genuine interest in developing early career talent.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field; experience in supply chain, logistics, or international environments; additional European language skills; coaching, training, or learning programme design experience; and willingness to travel within Europe when required.
