  • Manage programme logistics, calendars, milestones, meetings and deadlines to ensure a seamless experience for participants and stakeholders.
  • Create engaging and professional PowerPoint presentations, reports and stakeholder updates that communicate key insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain programme data, trackers and reporting dashboards, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely availability of information.
  • Support Early Careers recruitment activity, including candidate communications, interview scheduling and assessment centre preparation.
  • Coordinate communications with candidates, schools, universities, community partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, templates and ways of working to support programme growth and efficiency.
  • Support the collection, analysis and reporting of programme outcomes and impact measures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Talent, HR, DE&I and the wider business to deliver high-quality Early Careers initiatives.

What we're looking for
  • Strong coordination, administration and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to quickly create high-quality, visually engaging presentations.
  • Strong data management, reporting and dashboarding capability.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Passion for Early Careers, social mobility and creating opportunities for young people.
  • Experience supporting youth, community, outreach or educational programmes would be advantageous.

What you'll bring
  • Excellent planning and project coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling presentations.
  • A positive, adaptable and growth-oriented attitude.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate and participant experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact, helping to shape the next generation of talent while contributing to the continued success of Howden's Early Careers strategy.

Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
