As an Early Careers Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in identifying & attracting emerging talents.
What You'll Do:
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs
- Own & Grow Partnerships: Manage and expand our university relationships across Central Eastern Europe (CEE).
- Recruitment: Drive our annual recruitment volume planning and own the end-to-end process for internships and graduate programs, including Assessment Centers.
- Innovate: Continuously find new ways to connect with diverse talent.
What You'll Bring:
- Fluency in English required. Polish/Bulgarian/Romanian/Czech and/or Slovakian language skills would be preferred.
- University Degree (MA/BA), preferred HR / Psychology or similar
- Initial experience in Talent Acquisition or Early Career is nice to have
- Understanding of Recruitment Trends and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a constantly changing environment, to work through ambiguity
- Creativity - bring fresh ideas to our early careers' initiatives.
