You'll be responsible for accelerating BEWS distribution business across Europe, with a particular focus on key markets in the UKI. What You'll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of EMEA market dynamics and establish strategic business plans that drive channel partner adoption of Ericsson Enterprise Wireless technologies.
- Build and implement targeted sales and marketing programmes to accelerate regional business growth
- Evangelise Ericsson's Enterprise Wireless technology across the distribution ecosystem - educating and enabling partner sales teams through training and ongoing engagement
- Identify and implement process improvements to support sales growth, quarter-close efficiency, and ease of doing business
- Own and manage executive-level relationships with key distributors across your region
- Drive new partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and growth initiatives alongside a collaborative and high-performing team
- Meet and exceed assigned targets for revenue growth and profitable sell-through
- Manage distributor relationships on a day-to-day basis, ensuring alignment and momentum
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain pipeline visibility through disciplined use of systems and tools
What You'll Bring
Essential:
- Proven experience working with distributors and operating within a two-tier channel model
- Strong track record in business development and channel sales, ideally within technology or telecoms
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and sales skills
- Ability to influence and project-manage across internal cross-functional teams
- Financial and commercial acumen with a data-driven mindset, experienced in working with forecasting and reporting tools
- Proactive, highly motivated, and able to work with autonomy
- Collaborative by nature - a true team player who raises the standard for those around them
- Willingness to travel across the region as needed
- Fluency in English
Nice to Have:
- Additional language skills - Italian
- Familiarity with LTE, 5G, or wireless networking technologies
