The Role
We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Display & Video Director to support our rapidly growing business in the UK. As our Display & Video Director, you will be pivotal in developing & growing our Display & Video offering as well as leading on Display & Video across your client portfolio ensuring they understand and embody the Display & Video's best practices

You will be responsible for championing Display & Video internally and externally, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of platform changes and industry best practices. You will work closely with the Head of Display & Video to ensure alignment with the overall Display & Video strategy and contribute to the ongoing development of the Display & Video team.

This will be a rare opportunity for an individual looking for more autonomy and have the opportunity to shape the way this role and the team grows. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationships: developing and maintaining strong relationships are built and maintained with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring they see the value of our Display & Video activity and are aware of the opportunities that programmatic offers.
  • Best Practices: Your client portfolio possesses a strong understanding of Display & Video best practices, actively participates in strategy development, and recognizes the measurable value of Display & Video.
  • Expertise: You are constantly demonstrating a high level of expertise and consistently delivering exceptional results. 
  • Ensure a high-test and learn culture: Ensure the channel team is innovating, and testing across your channel and learnings are being rolled out where appropriate.
  • Inspire team members about your channel: Guide, mentor, and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge for them to become future leaders within your channel
  • Ensure high quality of work: Accounts are regularly audited and reviewed to ensure our account activity is maximised and of the highest quality.
  • Contribute to new business: Leverage your expertise to support the new business team
