Role
Our SME team is looking for a Director, SME Sales Specialist in Korea to drive revenue growth and expand Mastercard's presence in this high growth area. The primary focus of this role is on sales execution and revenue generation, through emerging channels, supported by product management initiatives to enhance Mastercard's SME solutions. You will work closely in collaboration with Account Management and Business Development teams, SME regional Product managers, and key market stakeholders to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies, drive volume and revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities• Own and execute a revenue-driven sales strategy to grow Mastercard's emerging channel distribution channels SME segment share across Asia pacific.• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, leveraging data-driven insights to prioritise high-impact opportunities in your assigned target segments.• Identify and engage potential customers through networking, partnerships, and direct outreach.• Understand SME pain points and tailor Mastercard's solutions to address their unique challenges, including payment acceptance, spend management, and digital transformation, whilst also articulating a clear business case to channel partners.• Track and analyse performance, adjusting sales tactics and strategies as needed to exceed growth targets.• Work in alignment with the Account Manager, Business Development and Product teams, and actively engage with both clients and prospects to drive conversations and initiatives.• Represent Mastercard at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership in the SME space.
