Description

GTM - Elevate by monday.com

You will lead the team behind the GTM, Growth, and Revenue engines for our flagship customer conference. You must be a visionary strategist capable of mapping out upmarket growth plays, but also a full-stack operator who can roll up your sleeves to build the ABM workflows and attribution models that make our vision a reality. This is a managerial position, and we accept only candidates who fulfil all the above requirements.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Target Account List: Partner intimately with Sales, Customer Marketing, and Customer Success to define the Target Account List and its segmentations.
  • Sales Orchestration: You will design the playbooks that turn AEs, AMs, and CSMs into high-velocity event promoters. Lead the strategy for targeted expansion, cross-sell, and product usage at Elevate
  • Attribution & ROI: Build the multi-touch attribution models that prove the event’s impact on the sales cycle
  • 10-Year Demand Gen Mastery: Deploy sophisticated, multi-channel campaigns (Paid Social, Search, Email, In-app) that prioritise high-intent accounts and prospects over generic lead volume.
  • Campaign Scaling: You have the experience to take a "pilot" campaign and scale it across global territories without losing precision or brand integrity.
  • Promote the Elevate Brand, we are building one of the most massive events in the industry.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years in Demand Generation: You have been in the trenches of B2B SaaS for over a decade and have a proven track record of driving $M+ in influenced pipeline.
  • Full-Stack Ops Experience: You are proficient in the "Modern Revenue Stack"
  • Up-Market Expertise: You understand the nuances of selling to Enterprises and SMBs.
  • "Conf & Campaign" Veteran: You have successfully led GTM for large-scale flagship conferences and understand the unique "T-Minus" pressure of event marketing.
  • Strategic "Doer": You can present a 12-month GTM roadmap to the Board, then go back to your desk and build the workflows yourself if needed.
