Oura is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Program Management, Go-to-Market (EMEA & APAC) to lead the regional strategy, execution, and optimization of Oura’s program management function supporting retail, ecommerce, and commercial partnership business lines. This leader will oversee go-to-market execution and internal cross-functional support as well as guide a team of program managers to deliver the Oura roadmap. 

The ideal candidate brings a deep know-how of best in class program management,  retail experience, a track record of building and scaling an omnichannel business across EMEA and APAC. 

Preferred location is London, UK. 

What you will do:

Regional Retail Channel Strategy & Leadership

  • Partner with the International D2C, Retail, and Commercial business leads to deliver the roadmap that supports their respective verticals. 
  • Drive retail marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, product visibility, and sell-through across regional retail partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of program managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Regional Sales, Global Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment on priorities, launches, and brand execution.
  • Accountable for market expansion compliance, readiness, and scale 
  • Build expansion plans for Oura’s accessory and membership business

Program Launch & Stakeholder Management

  • Oversee program management of our go-to-market activities, including new retailer launches and product introductions within the EMEA & APAC region.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key retailers, agencies, internal cross functional teams, and consultants to lead our roadmap from the front 
  • Collaborate with new product introduction teams to confidently launch across the world
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in retail, program management, or Ecommerce, or corporate strategy, with 5+ years in a leadership role focused on EMEA and APAC.
  • Proven success with a wide range of large retailers across many verticals – general merchandisers, online, specialty, and others.
  • Strong background in building the repeatable and predictable processes that allow a business to scale from initial launch 
  • Expertise in tracking and optimizing large-scale budgets, business performance KPI’s, research, and market growth metrics 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, and continue to build teams as the business scales.
  • Experience scaling an omnichannel business across the globe
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical acumen, and project management skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Passion for wellness, technology, and Oura’s mission to improve human health through insight and innovation.
