We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, POM Product Management to join our Registered Funds, ETF and Insurance Product Platform team. This role is located in London.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Directing the EMEA product strategy for registered funds, bringing together Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency and other capabilities to support our Asset Manager and Insurance client needs in EMEA.
- Develop and own product definition and roadmap for EMEA registered funds, supporting the delivery of the global strategy.
- Provide leadership support to multiple pod-level Product Owners and ensure alignment across multiple pod-level product backlogs.
- Regular engagement with clients, industry bodies/working groups, consultants and other stakeholders, understanding industry trends, client need and emerging requirements.
- Create thought leadership, sales and marketing materials to support growth of the EMEA registered funds platform
- Support sales process, from prospect engagement through to RFPs and sales pitches.
- Using subject matter expertise, experience, and thought leadership to influence and direct the product management team, key stakeholders, and senior leaders.
- Collaborating with other department heads to ensure product strategy alignment with company goals.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- 10-12+ years of demonstrated ability in product development and delivery with a proven track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap.
- Domain expertise in registered/mutual funds
- A balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a proven track record of delivering solutions cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and product development teams.
- High degree of proficiency in OKR, Design Thinking, Event Storming, prototyping, iterative development, Scrum, and Agile product development.
- Passion for changing status quo and driving out-of-the-box ideas.
- High-level strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline
