Role Summary and Impact

Openmind: 

Openmind, part of WPP, is an integrated agency model drawing on talent from across WPP. It has been created to accelerate the European transformation for Nestlé’s media function. Core to the solution is the advanced best data and technology capabilities, fuelled by WPP’s investment in AI, to maximise the impact of Nestlé media investment.

It is an incredibly exciting time to join our digital-first business and you will be tackling key strategic challenges of digital and data integration, to power marketing communications that create competitive advantage.

The Performance Director is the key role within the team and will be the client lead who can make this account their own. We are looking for candidates who are dynamic, passionate & brilliant at developing client relationships.

This role will be part of a senior team working with the Managing Partner, Partners and Directors.  We will have a huge focus on innovation & digital excellence and this role will be a brilliant opportunity to develop the “wholebrain” approach that is central to the agency vision.  This person will also be part of the leadership team who meet weekly and work together as a collaborative team on cross-portfolio workstreams.

  • A detailed understanding of planning – specifically brand and performance – with experience identifying the role for role for paid, owned, and earned media channels, and their contribution to business outcomes, both brand and performance
  • Extensive digital experience, including working with in-house specialist teams
  • Creative flair to enable campaign ideas to stand out and cut through a cluttered marketplace.
  • Excellent communication skills, including leading cross agency teams and communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage a diverse workload and prioritise key work streams
