  • Shape workforce policies and practices to align with German and EMEA labor law, supporting both compliance and organizational strategy.
  • Resilient and adaptable, can-do-attitude, thriving in fast‑paced, complex, and evolving environments.

This is an individual contributor role requiring significant domain expertise, with the opportunity to influence strategy, shape best practices, and serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

Who are you?
  • Fully qualified lawyer in Germany and Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht.
  • 12+ years of employment law experience, with deep expertise in German labor and employment law.
  • Strong experience advising on works council matters, collective labor law, restructurings, investigations, separations, and complex employee relations matters.
  • Experience supporting cross-border employment matters across Europe; broader global exposure is a plus.
  • Prior in-house experience in a multinational company, ideally in software technology or another fast-moving international environment.
  • Excellent German and English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal issues into practical business advice.
  • Sound judgment, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to balance legal risk, employee relations considerations, and business priorities while providing pragmatic and timely solutions.
  • Strategic advisor with the ability to align employment law guidance with broader business strategy and organizational goals.
