As part of the continued growth of our Value Creation practice, we are seeking an experienced Director, Digital Transformation Advisory to join a newly established Digital Transformation team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape and build Interpath’s digital transformation capability alongside the Managing Director, while leading high-impact client engagements across a wide range of industries, geographies, and transaction situations. You will work with both regulated and non-regulated businesses, supporting clients through complex technology-enabled transformations, M&A activities, operating model changes, and strategic technology initiatives.
Key Accountabilities- Act as a key member of Interpath’s Digital Transformation team, supporting the Managing Director in building and expanding the practice.

- Lead and deliver complex digital transformation engagements across multiple industries and international markets.
- Project manage large-scale, multidisciplinary technology programmes, ensuring successful delivery against agreed timelines, budgets, and objectives.
- Serve as the primary interface between technology and business stakeholders, translating complex technical topics into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations.
Lead client engagements across a broad range of technology and transformation topics, including:
- Strategic planning, business case development, and technology strategy.
- Operating model design, application and enterprise architecture.
- Technology due diligence, carve-outs, separations, integrations, and data migrations.
- Data management, cybersecurity, operational resilience, IT risk, and technology governance.
- RFP development, vendor selection, technology procurement, and supplier management.
- Lead steering committees, executive workshops, and Board-level presentations.
- Identify the root causes of complex technology and organisational challenges, developing pragmatic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and third-party providers to deliver successful outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop high-performing teams while contributing to practice growth, capability development, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Strong business development and sales track record, with the ability to originate, shape, and win new opportunities, build C-suite relationships, grow strategic accounts, and contribute to practice growth through an established professional network.
- Extensive management consulting experience leading digital transformation and technology advisory engagements within consulting, advisory, or professional services environments.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multidisciplinary transformation programmes across multiple sectors, with experience beyond financial services.
- Broad expertise across technology strategy, operating models, enterprise architecture, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, AI, and M&A-related technology activities.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with extensive experience engaging C-suite executives and Boards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combining strategic thinking with pragmatic, commercially focused recommendations.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative leadership style with proven experience building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
